- For those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, our memory care provides specialized care from trained staff in handling the unique needs of seniors with memory-related issues. By helping seniors achieve daily moments of achievement, residents find new meaning and purpose in their daily lives.
- Continuum of Care allows our residents to age in place without the worry of transitioning to a nursing home due to their care needs. We aid with special diets, disease management, feeding tubes, transfers, comfort care, home health, hospice and much more.
Our home-like senior communities consist of two buildings each with 20 apartments all on one level for easy access to our residents. Whether you enjoy dining with family in our dining room, reading a book on the patio or strolling with a friend along the walking paths there is so much you can do each day.
We also offer a wide range of activities each month, home-cooked meals, and off-site excursions. Each day at Grand Vista is about living your life to the fullest and letting us take care of all your daily chores.
Life Enrichment
Grand Vista is so much more than a place to stay. It’s a place to take part, a place to belong. The Life Enrichment Program at Grand Vista was designed to add joy, purpose and meaning to the lives of our residents. At Grand Vista, our approach to life enrichment means offering retirement activities and programs that reflect the talents, interests and personalities of the residents in each of our senior living communities, while also offering new experiences that will challenge them and keep them mentally healthy.
At Grand Vista, we customize our life enrichment program around our residents’ preferences. When someone joins our family, our first step is to build a relationship with them and their family members to identify hobbies and interests. All this valuable information is used to create our activities program that centers around what our residents enjoy.
Grand Vista also provides outside activities to our residents. Bus trips around the lakes stopping to get ice cream, lunch’s, shopping, theaters and more. Our communities have so much to offer and we make sure our residents can take advantage of it all.
Dining
We offer three homemade meals each day in our dining room area. Meals are served in a restaurant-style atmosphere so that residents can enjoy conversation with the company at their table. Breakfast is cook to order each and every day. This means what would you like today? Omelets, eggs, pancakes, french toast, cereals, fruit, bacon, sausage and more. For dinner and supper, we offer a rotating seasonal 5-week menu with all our areas favorite dishes. Our Alternative menu allows each resident to order something different if they do not enjoy what we are having. All meals are cooked in our gourmet kitchen and portioned to maintain a healthy diet. Our main dining room offers a beautiful setting and a friendly staff waiting to serve you.
